After working in restaurants in Bologna, Munich, London and Sydney, Stefano Pinna landed in 2015 at the head of the FIRE restaurant. He fell in love with Catalan cuisine as soon as he arrived, focusing on reinterpretations of Catalan products with a FIRE touch, keeping elaboration to a minimum and using only t he embers as a cooking method.
