Lucy Southall, Stephen Crawley and Ian Bayliss established Bowler James Brindley in 2014. Recognising each other’s different but complimentary skill-sets and a shared attitude towards design and life, they have built a considerable wealth of experience and the fulfilment of completing many successful projects around the world.
The paradigm of the studio is one based on team ethic, collaboration and flexibility. We are committed to an approach that is truly democratic, in all aspects. Every Bowler James Brindley scheme is undertaken with an intellectual rigour and vision, tailored to the specific requirements of each individual project. The studio reflects a unique and refreshing attitude – eccentricity, understatement, quirkiness, hard work and inclusion.
Our studios occupy the first floor of a grand building on Langham Street in the W1 district of London.
