Riverstone are developing a fascinating modern building in one of London’s iconic districts, Chelsea, in southwest London. The interior design is currently under wraps but is inspired by the rich culture and history of the Kings Road, including Nell Gwyn, the mistress of King Charles II, the waterway, and the industrial past of the district. The designs are further influenced by ‘period Kings Road’ from the swinging 60s, when boundaries were pushed, a new culture was created, and the street became London’s new creative hub.
The building will accommodate luxurious residences along with the usual extensive Riverstone amenities, including bars, a restaurant, and a cinema, while ensuring commitment to sustainability and connection with the community.
