This development in a building designed by architects AHMM is the vision of revolutionary developer Ghelamco from Belgium. This landmark mixed-use development is positioned at the fulcrum of London, on the borders of Shoreditch and the east end, the city and central London.
BJB have designed all 100 residences, extensive public spaces, and resident facilities. Following the client’s brief, the interior design avoids the semi-industrial interior design clichés so prevalent in the area. Our approach was to achieve cinematic spaces. The client has revolutionary ideas regarding resident facilities and tapped into our knowledge and love of hotel design to draw out equally revolutionary interiors.
